I think there should be an untimed option for match play. I play the game at work most days and try to do a match play with co-workers. We often get busy with customers for more than the 90 seconds and have to drop game. I think it would be a good option and upgrade for your game.

ehh... maybe dont play at work?... I could see an untimed option.. but then i could also see a downside to this being that someone could setup an untimed game.. a random person joins this game.. then the person who created it after say 2 or 3 holes decides to quit.. and it could literally be days before they decide to play again.. leaving the person who joined to either A. wait out the return of this person hoping they get on at the same time later down the road.. or B. be forced to forfiet before they could continue playing a new game...

downside is bigger than upside imo

Why not just play singularly and see who has the best score. No clock then.

while a good alternate to the untimed clock suggestion... this also poses a veriable difference due to the fact that the wind conditions would be completely different as well as possible pin locations.. and then theres also no way of playing a single player match play game therefore both parties would have to compare their scorecards side by side and figure out which person won each hole based on stroke play rounds and go 1up/1dn/as throughout the game.. just leading to headaches :P
