I recently availed myself of an offer through WGT to grab 1200 credits in exchange for placing an order with Shar's Berries for Valentines Day. Imagine my disappointment when I was NOT instantly credited with points upon completing the offer. I spent the money - documented my expediture and purchase with confirmation emails and Trial Pay has the audacity to claim I did not follow the protocol for filling out the order properly! I paid my cash for a purchase and now Trial Pay and Shari's in not willing to uphold their end of the bargain.
Extremely poor form on the part of Trial Pay and Shari's. WGT should be more discerning about their fulfillment partners and their actions. I for one will publicize their decision through social media and other outlets UNLESS WGT will intervene and credit my account with the credits I paid for!!
Anyone else had this type of pleasant experience with Trial Pay??
