  Just a quick question for anyone that would know. If i advance to tier level Legend from Tour-Master, do you receive more level points per round.

  No.

  Edit:

  1) You know that tier and level are independent from each other?

  2) More XPs (for levelling) may come from higher scores, due to longer tracks.

  3) Whenever you advance in tier, nobody else is affected.
  ("If I advance ... do you receive ...")

  4) The higher your CC is, that will increase the XPs per round as well.
