Tablet, Ipad suggestions please.

  I am looking to get a more enjoyable experience here on wgt. I currently play on a Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile phone ( I dont like it. Screen is too small for starters). I used to play on a toshiba laptop up until it died 2 years ago.

  Needs must

  I am not a gamer and do not play any other games. My new device neeeds only to play wgt. I would like to browse the internet a little. I would like it to upload photos from my phone and ? I would like if it to accommodate an external hard drive. It needs only use wifi. I dont want/need 3G, 4G.

  So what would the tech heads amongst you suggest I get. I see the Nvidia shield K1 for €200 and the nexus 10 for €350. Will both those devices satisfy my needs.

  I dont know if either support an external hard drive (for photos only).

  I don't want to spend anything more than €300 and the nexus 10 may be out of range for that reason. Although I am open to persuasion.

  I hope my device lasts a long time too...

  Suggestions welcome.

  I'm not sure if it is available where you are but the Nextbook Ares 8 with Android 5.0 runs WGT mobile very well. Here the WIFI only version is only $78 at Walmart. Not sure what that would be in £.  But if it is available where you are it would be a good choice. And it has mini HDMI connection so you can hook it up to a tv with HDMI and play on a big screen. I haven't tried that yet, but I may soon.

  Hi - a friend of mine is Editor in Chief for PCWorld magazine in USA, in fact he gifted me a laptop (long story) however when I recently told him I was considering purchasing an extra tablet I asked his advice he said NEXUS was the only one he would recommend

  I would prefer personal experiences of devices as a guide as opposed to other peoples recommendations.

  Personal experience preferred folks!!

  Have WGT App on my Apple IPad which works well.  Good gaming experience, and you can access the internet to surf if you wish to.  Plus is the background music, way nicer than the PC version.
