A simple change ?

    I own Valencia CC. It is my desire to transfer ownership and estrange myself from it and do something else. The owner tools provide for a simple process to do this. Except it didn't work for me. Please make it work for me, time is of value.

    Courteneyfish had similar problems - she and EasyEdward have described the process here.

    Two unrelated remarks in general:

    1) Make sure the prospective owner receives his WGT mails - one email is part of the process,

    2) Enervate CS until they help you.
