you can imagine that winning might be quite a novelty and pretty big deal!  Imagine your lucky numbers came up in the lottery and you couldn't find your ticket.

This is just a heart-breaking story.

Nah! wtf am I kidding.  See ya loser!

Damn Hakman you nearly had me in tears there!  LMAO.

I blame Amazon and Ebay for posts like this, for starting the ball rolling anyway.

They have given many people the idea that they have to leave feedback for everything they do online.

    Instead of just leaving.

    Cheeks:
For years i've half loved this game and half been annoyed by the constant interruption of the game.

tonight is the last straw. I get cut off from a game that i'm winning in and i cannot get back into it. It doesnt show up anywhere once i log back in and there is no "game history" anywhere. I had just commented to the other players how my hitting the pin was one in a thousand and i hope they dont leave, and then it all ends for me.  WTF is what this game should be called.I wish i never played it.

Not for a second do I believe you.

    You were winning?

I also love he game of golf. I will admit that the graphics on wgt are the best of any game I have ever played. The similarity to real golf ends there.  I have seen balls do things on this site that I have NEVER seen on a real golf course. I have played real golf and every golf game on the market for 45 years. The way the wind effects very high shots and low line drive shots on this game is kind of backwards; flop shots are a joke; and absolutely NO backspin unless you use special balls and clubs. Finally, I challenge anyone to show me a score of 52 for eighteen holes of golf on a REAL golf course . Just proves this is definitely FANATSY golf. The website controls the game, not the player. Claiming that wgt is the most realistic golf game there is, is NOT very true.

From my experience, that's only true when I hit a bad shot or score poorly. When I hit a good shot or score well, then that was clearly due to my superior abilities and not due to the website. I mean, that much should be clear to anyone. Can there even be a dispute?

OK. Which golf game out there is more realistic?

When wgt states this ^^^,  They mean compared to other computer golf games...not to real golf.  To wit : "Play the most realistic golf game online"

Many of the EA sports games also allow a player to score very low...to the point of boredom.

Exactly. A while back, my family bought me a golf game for our Wii. The game has Augusta National, which I was really geeked to play. And it is a lot of fun. But it's extremely easy to score low on that game. It's entirely possible to get birdies on every par 3 and par 4 as well as eagle all the par 5s.
