Thats how most of the country's avatars are designed...few exceptions, like Ireland and SA, where their shirt is the flag...but the Americans, Brits, Canadians...all wear the flag on their ass.
WGT keeps mentioning that limited resources are forcing them to prioritize...I doubt re-designing avatars is high on the list...France doesn't even have one yet.
ct
