I thought the customer was King. Is WGT even listening?

No. To them the company policy is, "The customer who provides feedback is a nuisance to be ignored and/or lied to."

I would be a shame to lose such a nice new feature for a handful of players who are handicapped.

Do you laugh as hard at disabled veterans in wheelchairs who fought for your freedoms?

    My guess is you do.

Think I may bump this often. Dear me even I can't comment much on that.

But others can if wish ;-(

    WOW that's real class NOT.

I can't think of anybody else who thinks it's good for the PC game at least.  Some are nonplussed, but most think either plain annoying, shame, naff or cheap and seems often enough v justifiably plain bad for them.

Two people in my CC posted about this nonsense initially, and justifiably so.  One has found out about a condition he never had, and a third guy later posted that he has flat out been told,

"My ophthalmologist, medical doctors, etc., have advised me to stay away from these lights for even short periods.  Yes I am still playing, but maybe not for much longer.  If you are not affected great.......... "

The bungling twerps at New Ideas need to use the brains given them, and think things through properly OR have an adult present before being allowed to press run...........Every time you think they have done their worst they outdo themselves. Have an adult present before the next downtime please.

The scary thing is Jim....they did use the few brain cells they have to come up with this idea.

I have not looked for a mods reply, but assume there has been no response, which considering the sheer number of complaints is disgusting.

I had a quick look at the Petition thread, and now is 38 pages long, primarily names, many of whom I have not heard of, so this is not the "regulars" complaining, it is from a large range of users.

As WGT is not willing to listen to their customers (which is no new direction) I personally will finish the last rounds of my current CC obligations and not play. Multi-player games are totally out as it is worse than being in nightclub with strobe lights.

I say sack the "ideas" department as EVERY new development has been as naff as they come. Sadly this one is potentially dangerous for some users.

Great job if your intention is to get rid of some players...............if so, job well done.

I had suffered a CRVO which over the last year have been treated with shots in my eye every month. I told my Retina Specialist  during my last visit about this new addition to my golf game that I have been playing and he advised me NOT to play it any more.

I know in the past the computer glitches that we have had with this game have been a real annoyance, but I never imagined that playing this game would have an adverse effect on ones health!

I was just thinking the same. Hope we dont have members suffering from epilepsy.

Plus its almost as irritating as "right in the gardenspot".

nico when you get to my age, it's worse. I can turn the sound down, I can't turn those lights down
