    EasyEdward:

More likely the Court would agree that if WGT posts the warning as a pop-up before each game is started they would fulfill that duty.

The ironic thing is that it would probably require about the same amount of time to code the popup as it would to add an option to disable the bright messages ... lol.

    bubbsboy:

I am using this thread to thank those who have put their names on the PETITION thread on Community help section.

I have used this thread as not to spoil the flow of names being added, and one again must thank you all for just putting your name as i asked, just makes it clear with no back and forth discussions.

I have had contact from a South African gentleman who is a recent addition to my friends list (purposely not using name on here fear moderation), who has written to WGT, TOPGOLF and others regarding this issue. He has suffered health problems because of this and his post is under moderation.

I could copy his letter onto here, but i wont, as i may also be moderated.

The mods on here are not to blame for this, they also like to play this game and i bet they dont like the new flashing images, but obviously cant say so.

WGT will of course say there are millions of users so list is not impressive, well how many use this forum. My idea then would be to create a "im in favour of new flashing images", and then we can compare signatures. ;-)

Again thanks all those who have posted on petition, we may not get anywhere with it but it will be sent to CS.

Again, those not agreeing then fine, no issue there but please just dont put name to it then.

Plus remember, most WGT users dont use these forums, so to me thats a great percentage of folks who do, that have registered.

       {Quote taken from PETITION thread where discussions were discouraged}

Not to spole the party but.......we are 0.0001% of the daily users of this game posting in the forums. Why WGT would change something that annoys only such low amount of costumers??.

I could imagine some or many regular users do not mid at all and perhaps they even think is COOL to be reminded of a GOOD shot, whether is a fairway landing, bird eagle, etc.

    .....welcome to America ; ))

Btw, perhaps we should make the same petition to ask for game FIX, CHEATS, etc. However, I do not believe WGT would fix a thing, fixing things is NOT a priority in the to do list, as we have seen it over & over.

    Eric

Eric, you make it sound like the only ones who dislike the new graphics are the ones who post in the forums. If the percentage of forumers who dislike the latest update represent an equivalent percentage of disgruntled customers globally, WGT could possibly see a significant number of customers start looking elsewhere for their online golfing entertainment.

Dont check but it seem the lvl 63 driver priced 1000 is a bargain for a freshly master tier.

Yep thats a good driver addition.

    YankeeJim:

IDK, man, that flash is pretty obnoxious. I'm likening it to the disaster that happened when WGT tried to qualify quitters with that reputation rating a while ago.

Remember last Feb update being similarly peak when hitting the ding didn't result in a ding!
