Agreed!  Instead of wasting time on new sounds, flashing graphics, and "pizza box" tee markers, how about enhancing the putting views - like always providing a view from behind the ball, not at a 30 degree angle from behind the golfer, or deep inside a green side bunker or across a lake (That's just ridiculous!).  Or maybe improve the consistency of the effect on the ball caused by the wind - all other things being equal, the effect of an 18-20 mph crosswind on one hole should have the same effect on the ball as an 18-20 mph wind on another hole.  Same applies to the percentage lie in the rough or sand,  green speed, or the degree by which you miss the "Excellent shot" mark.  And what's up with "meter speed"?  How about some consistency there - not only the jerkiness but also the rate of speed from one club to another or even one shot to another with the same club.  If you pay credits for a meter speed 5, it should be a 5 on all shots.  And it seems that since the new graphics and sounds were implemented,  I've had many occasions where my mouse pointer becomes ineffective - it moves around the screen but I can't select anything.  I have to close the game and restart it - sometimes 6 or 7 times in just 9 holes.
