WGT Action to Level the Fields

  Several players have complained about the annoying and unhealthy flashing of text after many shots. It occurs when a player is in regulation (FW, GIR, Par) or better (Birdie, Eagle...)

  Obviously, good players are more affected than those of lesser skills. It means, the better you are, the more you are flashed & blinded.

  Rumour has leaked to yours truly that this is the first part of concerted action to level the fields in WGTland. Less play and consultation of ophthalmologists are safe ways to hinder all those overskilled and unfair Legends, TLs and Champs. Top earners must be stopped!!

  Shades are said to be available in the Pro Shops for use below Master tier soon, further action is in development. Keep your eyes wide shut!

  Really all done in the release notes thread as well as here and there, but how they think / do not think things through is almost unfathomable.

  The primary effect of the flash is, players have to look away or close their eyes, by which time they cannot watch the pictures. This enables new  business opportunities:

  - more pin positions without more pictures,

  - new painted courses, expanding their number.

   

  Some ideas to increase the devastating effect:

  - Increase the flash size for better results like birdies. Is it not possible to extend beyond the game window, to the whole screen?

  - provide multiple flashes (=> stroboscope effect) for outstanding results, e.g. double for eagle, five-fold for albatross, 10x for HIOs.

  - what about a 320 secs flash reward for winning a challenge game (may reduce server load)?

  So here is the culprit.......tell the truth....you are the one writing into WGT with these suggestions.....and I bet you write 1000 letters per week begging for more clashes too.
