Yesterday i lev'd up and I've got a free club rental.

Equipped that and played some holes.

Today I'm back to the game and I receive the notification that rental time has expired.

I change the equipped club putting back my old one and try to start a game.

I receive the notification that rental time has expired and I need to equip a new club.

Thinking to have not saved after the change I go back to equipment selection and... MY OLD CLUB HAS DISAPPEARED!!!!

I try equipping the standard wedge, starting a new game and... THE STANDARD WEDGE HAS GONE TOO!!!

Now I can't play anymore, I've lost two clubs and I don't know what to do... could you help me too?

If you have not already, contact CS HERE

Additionally, there is a work around. If you have access to a smart phone or tablet download and sign in to the WGT app and you should be able to change your equipment normally from there.

I'm astounded that the mod doesn't even pretend any investigation or repair work in progress. ?Honesty?

Easiest workaround is feasible by the player itself, no need to hope for company reaction:

Go to equiment change but do not touch any club related to the rental. Unequip and re-equip other clubs until the SAVE button becomes green. Save whatever you have and leave the equipment page.

Then, re-enter and equip the set-up that you desire. Worked for me, hope it works for you, too!

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, unfortunately your suggestion doesn't work for me... at least exiting and re-entering the game shows all my clubs, so they're not lost forever :D

I'll try again with your procedure but I'm not very confident... not at all...

Ok I've been able to recover... the sequence is very funny but it worked:

    - unequipped the SW

    - equipped the SW in the slot that should be reserved to LW (the one that didn't work)

    - equipped the LW in the slot previously occupied by the SW

    - save & quit

Re-entering the equipment change interface, both clubs were equipped (they automagically swapped into the correct slots) and I've been able to enter and play a tournament.

Looks like the interface is more buggy than a silk farm :D

I contacted the assistance team, let's wait to hear from them :D

Read the quote below and try that.  It's from the same thread only above where you posted.  If you had read the whole thread first you might have found a solution earlier.  Also consider a search using the search box to the right.  This problem has happened before and solutions were talked about.  I just don't know first hand as it's never happened to me.

just for the sake of it, let me make a smart-ass comment that won't help anyone but there is some truth to it: it would have been better for you if you would have lost that three wood and would have been forced to buy a better one. You play expensive balls but still use a three wood that is as long as your irons basically :-) ... My advise,- spent a few credits on a better 3 wood and maybe safe a bit on balls if it's a question of budget.
