Buying Balls

  I have a suggestion. When someone buys a set of MAX BALLS , they should get them. Dont you think? On March 1st i payed $6 for a set of MAX ball and never got them. I want my money back or give me the damn balls. After all the stuff wgt puts us through, now their not giving you what you pay for, thats a rip-off

  During play, I depleted my golf balls, I was given a chance to reorder the same ones or use the WGT Default ball.   I choose to reorder my Golf ball and only received one instead of 3.   This happened 2 times today.

  Contact Customer Service through the link below (Contact).  They will fix it for you.  There is a problem with buying balls while in a game that they haven't been able to fix so far.   So it's better to buy them in the Pro Shop instead of at the buy ball prompt.
