Disgraceful connections

  This is directed to the WGT admin,  I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I'm speaking for myself here,  the amount of times my round of golf on any given day has been interrupted due to loss of connection has reached embarrassing levels.  I have put up with it for long enough, now I want answers as to why, and a timeline when it will be fixed.  I have invested my own money into your website, I expect to enjoy a smooth running game.  In the beginning I thought it was me, but I'm told it isn't me, and in fact I'm not alone, it's WGT.  Please explain.............

  my game locks up every other hole. i have to get out and restart. this is a real pain in the rear. i don't understand i play other games and have no problems so why wgt. if you don't get this fixed you will be loosing players.

  just played pebble  and got locked up 5 times in 9 holes this is not fun .

  I am with Lefty....This is ridiculous.  I have tried playing on google chrome, maxthon and I am currently on firefox.  I am tired of getting booted and not being able to finish games and matches.  I have too invested money in your site and it keeps getting worse.

  There is about 7 of us that play night after night . For about 2 months now we are very lucky to complete a 9 hole game. We use to play the odd skins game but that is certainly out for now. Usually it  takes us  longer to play 9 holes of wgt than it does real golf. When one of us gets disconnected and we restart the game, then someone else gets a bluescreen. This goes on and on .  We lose our  passes and spend a good portion of our night and do not even get the XP points we have earned. I have written to Wgt support numerous times and now I don't even get an answer back.  The one time they gave me 2 days worth of their juice, I'd rather get a sleeve of balls, and that wouldn't even compensate us for our losses. I hope they do get this fixed  because all of us are getting to the point where we are starting to lose interest . Our group has been playing since 2010 and have spent many of hours and lots of $. We have all decided not too purchase anything in the proshop until we get a fix ....

  Just played in a foursome. We had 8 blue  screens & ended up finishing as a twosome.

  I gave up even attempting multi-players games long ago. If everyone would make an attempt to steer clear of the proshop for even 1 week, they might try to fix this mess.

  Just played 9 hole CC tourney round alone. Froze up and had to reconnect 5 times. I can't play challenge matches for credits because I have to forfeit after 3 disconnects. It seems like this should be an emergent fix.

  G'day

  For what it's worth, I recently switched to Google Chrome and had all manner of problems on WGT. In desperation I resorted to using Internet Explorer (even though it's on the way out) and it seems to be going okay. In Chrome it was "jerky", kept dropping out, and slow. Using Explorer has improved things. I share your frustration.
