Disgraceful connections

  Yep, about every three holes my mouse becomes non-functional and I have to get out and come back. In the past when I played here more, WGT was unfailingly unresponsive to problems and queries. I wonder if that has changed. Probably not. I would imagine the owner is out playing Pebble Beach and could give a rats ass. The money is still flowing, right, bud?

  Out of my last 7 games, on 3 of them, I have lost by lock ups.  WGT is all messed up.  No more money for balls.  I have played my last game.

  The sad thing is they don't even respond to our complaints. Like many are saying they don't give a rats ass about any of their customers. One of these days they will be out of business , because people will only go on like this so long.

  i use internet explorer as well just as screwed up. did get a free sleeve of balls though oohooo.  thinking of contacting the internet gamming commission,my satate atty. general,as well as the f.c.c. maybe that might lit a fire under someones ass

  wow...you've been on the site for 3 years and this is your only post in any forum. I wish I had your discipline. Well, at least the self-appointed wgt police won't be going after you...unless they've now decided you aren't posting enough...lol

  I shouldn't make fun of them, though... they don't even get paid for the important service they provide ...I guess unprovoked criticism is its own reward in their world..:)

  Waiting for an answer will be like looking for rocking horse *** and you will probably find the *** first.The mods have not got a clue and the dickheads in product and development are thick as bricks . While ever you keep paying they will turn out the same product.Think they read the forums? think again

  I have not bought anything from the Pro shop for over 4 months I have been playing with the starter ball for over 4 months. This is the only thing WGT care about $ so if they don't get the $ they are stuffed so come on guys stop spending and then see what they do.

  LOL Roo....        Perhaps he's always known about the forum but, like most others. simply prefers to stay away......  after all, isn't it the same complaints and comments, and certainly the same trolls expressing opinion over...and over....and over....and over.....again??
