  I played my 2nd round match with badddguy (Jerry) & he was a putting machine & I had no chance :(

  Just finished Round 2 with mrshanestaley.

   

  Shane was a bit unlucky leaving 3 or 4 putts just short on the lip, but he played well enough to keep a 1-up lead until 17 when I squared the match.

   

  The putter bit him on 18 though and he left his birdie putt just short, I closed it out with bird and a 1 up win for me.

  Round 2

  Kilcourse1975 v Scarletbegonias 

  This was a marthon with Neil(Scar) going 3 up on the front 9 with some super play and taking his cc hole on 14 to remain 3 up but 3 birdies in 15 16 and 17 from me saw us up 18 all square.

  Birdies on 18 and we hit off down 19 and 20 and 21 and 22 until eventually a very unlucky 3 putt from Neil gave me a win i never looked like getting on the 23rd.

  Great match with a sound guy.

  Kilcourse1975 wins 1up(23rd hole)

  As Mike said - my F9 and his B9 made it all square after 18 and we then traded shots until the 5th extra hole, where my birdie putt didn't make it and his did.

  Really enjoyable match.

  GL with the rest of the comp m8.

  We tried to play our match yesterday but my opponent lost his connection after 1 hole.

  We played again today.......after 4 holes i was 3 up.....i cc'd the 5th so back to 2 up....i won the 6th...back to 3 up.

  From the 2nd hole onwards my opponent kept saying he was never going to win....wgt was aginst him....he couldn't match my shots.....it was a waste of his time and balls  etc etc.

  I encouraged him to keep trying throughout, saying that he still had a chance, and he called me a liar !!!!!......it was clear he didn't want to continue so after the 6th hole I asked him if he wanted to cc the match despite the fact there was still 2 holes i had to cc to him.

  He disconnected,   so i assume thats a concession.

  I'll let you decide what happens Paul,  it's a crap way to finish,  but i won't be asking him to play again !!!!
