PAULFINN52: if a CH was playing TL conceding 2 holes ,he would concede holes 5 and 14 on the tee because they are classed as the 2 hardest holes on the course,
A slight issue with the highlighted part. When you concede a difficult hole (not that these 2 par 5s are difficult and it's nonsense they are classified as that), you basically concede 2 holes, cause the chances of winning a "difficult" hole against a lesser skilled player are much greater than winning on an easy birdie hole.
Let's take St.A. Everybody birdies #1, the hole is always halved. If I concede it, I lose a hole. But if the conceded hole is #2, which is quite impossible to birdie by someone with less experience. I basically lose 2 hole with a concession, cause I would've most likely won that hole, if we played it.
I hope it makes sense, I tried to complicate it as much as I could ;-)
