MBaggese: Well, might be best if you actually re-read what you post, or what will more than likely occur is you'll have to continually defend your incorrect statements.
Well " bag of wind " It is obvious that my observation is not shared by all of you fcks . Only because it was I that made the comment . the context was an easy one for you wannabe mods . I stand corrected by morons . I misspoke .
Its because you generally have your wires crossed in your exaggerations "observations".
Example:
pdb1: Disconnections are being heavily reported in every format . Solo , match , stroke . alt shot .
I can't remember the last time I had a disconnect in a solo round! Given the volume of solo rounds (considering all the WGT and all the CC tournaments, many unlimited play) if discos were an issue in solo rounds then those reports would dominate. But they don't, AS dominates the reports. Solo round discos are not being heavily reported.
pdb1: I think though , that fortunately , single play bracket tourneys are the least affected by these glitches. Thank goodness there is at least one unspoiled format left.
This contradicts your statement that solo round disconnects are being heavily reported. You need to understand bracket rounds ARE played in solo format. A bracket round uses the same WGT code as solo stroke play. The difference occurs only after a round is complete when the result is posted in a different report using bracket specific code.
Another point:
pdb1:
Being what appears to be in many cases a
problem with the servers not being able to sort out conflicting browsers
fast enough to load them all at once . This is likely only one cause of
many in regards to the loading and disconnecting problems .
It is interesting that when all the users have alike or similar browsers there are much fewer issues .
But to try to suggest something like that to a WGT user is like
barking in the wind . Suggest that for more optimal performance and
faster loading . The more similar and matching your browsers and
operating systems and internet connections and computer speed etc , etc
are . The more likely to result in cleaner gameplay . Especially
browsers .
Really? You stated it as a fact. You know this how? I don't remember seeing that research reported here or even heard of this before now. How did you reach your "observation"?
It's your unsubstantiated "observations" like this that make it seem to you as if you are "barking in the wind".
