A friend of mine was just able to do an ampario survey - it seems that if you don't have a "failed/open" survey status (when you click "Support" in the offers list), then it'll load properly (asking for your demographics, etc.).

BUT - if you've already tried an ampario survey (i.e. filled out the demographics, but likely weren't able to qualify for completing a survey), it seems the page never freakin' loads again.

If anyone knows how to clear your failed status out so it'll start again and ask for your demographics, that'd likely solve everyone's issue.

I wrote to ampario and trialplay days ago and still haven't had any decent reply from either of them.

Clearing your browser cache, closing it (your browser) and and reopening it, should reset your status. I'm not sure if it's in anyway tied to your flash cache.

I've tried all of this and nothing works.  I've also emailed TrialPay and posted the unhelpful response somewhere in this forum.

If that's the case then they are using some wicked software. If this is true the only way to cleanse yourself of their status a quo would be to re-install your entire system.

There must be a loophole somewhere though... I've been turned down many times and at other times i've completed surveys and have been awarded credits.

View it as game theory. Honesty is clearly not the best option with ampario. Mix up your demographics and answers.

Yet at the same time be sure to use your real DOB and email address.

It could also be very possible that ampario is somehow tied to WGT's flash cache... which would mean you would need to clear all caches... close all browsers.. and reboot.

Also to not.. WGT does share information with Ampario.... so if you claim to be from Iraq and you enter information that you're from the U.S.. you're not going to qualify,

Ampario and Trialplay are smart. If you provide false info they will catch it.

It has nothing to do with authentication ... the page that typically asks you for your demographics simply doesn't load properly.  The "Status" page links to some database that is not stored on your local computer.  Therefore, it doesn't matter if you change computers (have tried) or networks (have tried).  As long as you have an uncompleted attempt at the ampario survey in your "Status" list, you're pretty much hosed (as best as I can figure).

And again, this has NOTHING TO DO WITH AUTHENTICATION ... when I first did the survey, I gave honest information, and I completed it, and I got my credits.  I just haven't been able to get to it at all in the last week or so.

I got an answer back from Trialpay. This is what it say's:

Thank you for emailing us here at TrialPay. I am sorry for any inconvenience or confusion you may have encountered when attempting to complete survey partner offers to receive WGT - Credits for free.
As stated in our previous email, please note that the partner offer inventory is constantly changing, and not all offers previously available will be eligible for completion to receive WGT - Credits. If you are still unable to access a particular offer after waiting 24 hours, please select an alternate offer that suits your needs to receive your free product.

I wrote them back expaining what's happening. Let's see what they say.

Just tried again today. Selected support tab and this is what I got. It's the same thing on a survey.

I tried it 3 times tonight. Said no surveys were available.

I'm sure WGT wishes they were more amenable as well as they get paid for us taking the surveys. We just get the credits.

I had one tonight that I spent at least 15 minutes... before it told me that they had no survey available for me! GRRRRR!! lol

Like I said it's hit and miss.

As far as the other issues mentioned I have no idea so i have no comment or opinion. sorry. GL.
