  I just set a ctth tournamate for the Baracuda CC and I tryed to eliminate the top four brackets because we dont have any L, TL  C, or TC can you help me out Sir

  I don't see the point; if you don't have any L, TL,  C, or TC why bother eliminating them?  Only players in your CC can enter.
