We now have Stroke play read-gos would it be possible to have  CTTH  ready-gos. It would better utilize the CTTH courses we have and also give us more opportunities to play ready-gos. And unlike the stroke play ready-gos there wouldn't be as many ties if any.

This would not work as well as you think... because with ctth unlike stroke play.. you know exactly what the next shot is and exactly how to hit it every time.. there would be no real skill involved..

Just because you "know" how to hit the shot, doesn't mean you're going to. How is that any different from any shot on any course? If no skill is involved, why are we all not within 30 feet like some of the great players?

what im saying is its LITERALLY the same shot repeated over and over and over.. all it takes is some decent note taking skills to get the meter %'s right and know which club to use each time...

on a stroke play round.. how many times can you LITERALLY put the ball in the EXACT same spot everytime.. if you could figure out how to do that and then figure out the shot needed from there... you COULD be putting the ball within 1-3 ft every time..  (how do you think legends got their status *hint* *hint*)

So therefore a CTTH Ready Go.. would be basically who can take the best notes...

He's right Switz, I've done all my homework, been taking notes for every shot, and now I don't even have to click the mouse - it does it all for me... because I have been taking notes.

But don't forget, this guy is good; everyone else shot in the 80's, 90's and even 100's in their first ever game on BPB, this guy shot 36 in his first game on the back 9... with at best Starter clubs and balls.  BolloxInBruges et al had better watch out!

You'd think that after his 'Enough is enough' thread he might have given up trying to be a smart-ass, but noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

Think I'm just going to leave this one alone & keep on smilin. Maybe pop in Green Days, Walking Contradiction & have myself a go at trying to break 90 feet without notes .......  I know, I know .... I'm a rebel. One time, I didn't even rewind the vhs tape before returning it.

I'll be patiently waiting for WGT to start selling personal assistants in the pro shop (We all know the caddy blows). I'd be much more efficient at note taking if I had me one of Andysons swimsuit models, come sauntering on to my screen reminding me on how to get closer to the hole.

Maybe but what you are saying isn't exactly correct. There are many variables that wgt can put into place for CTTH ready gos. There are 3 general wind speeds, 16 possible wind directions and 6 possible greens speeds that would affect the out come of the shot . That is 288 possible conditions that could affect each every hole. And that is not factoring in the countless club and ball combos that would also have a big affect on each shot. Plus as a CTTH ready-go would be single play it would also come down to who is most on his game at the time they play. It wouldn't be like the normal unlimited play CTTH challenges.

Hey Sting, if the man says it can't be done then it can't be done!  End of story.

How does the saying go?  Don't teach a new-born baby to suck eggs.  Oh, hang on, is it grandmother???  I can never remember.
