  where is the place to write for help?

  I am going in and it stops at 42 out of 100.

  Hi,

  This is the right place. Please do the following and see if the issue corrects itself

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.
