When I reached level 20-something, I upgraded my started clubs to the low level G10's...and played them with starter balls through Master and about a 65 or 66 avg...well, some courses in heavy winds were getting tough in the RG's while trying to keep the ball on the green, so I opted for the Tour S balls, which did help some, but I knew that as my average woul drop and knowing I'd want to heep the ball closer to the pin on the Tourny speed greens, I decided to do a fe surveys, play some RG's and finally got enough credits up for the higher level G10's.
Man, these things are amazing...I just used up a BES (yes cheapo 10cr balls) on SA back nine in moderate winds and from the Championship tees, and shot a 31...been curious how these clubs would perform on SA's...man, so cool stopping 4 and 5 irons on the green now!
I have to play more wind than I did with the med/high traj G10's I had, hit a bit more club into the wind, a bit less with it But I see TM for me in the next few weeks. I'm cool with the meter speed, as I've been playing the G10's for 4 months, so no need for the "feel" balls as yet, besides, when I set up my kids account and was teching her to how to play.etc, man...the meter moved soooooo slow I couldn't find the ding line anyways...lol
Was kind sad though to sell back the older G10's and my 3H...NOT!!!...lol
