The buy 500 credits, get 500 free

  When I click the banner it takes me to the Survey section.

   

  Anyone else having this? 

   

  If I go straight to buy credits and purchase 500 will the bonus offer be included?

  Hi Joshcore,

  If you purchase 500 credits or more and its your first purchase, the bonus 500 credits will be added to your account. It isn't dependent on the link. Thanks for reporting the issue experienced, will take a look into it! :)

  Just clicked on the banner and bought the 500 credits. But no free extra 500 credits in my account. why?

  Something like this would be best addressed by contacting Customer Support.

  That happened to me a few months ago after I signed up, and notified CS and they fixed it for me.

  I was getting the offer pop up almost every time I connected, so I don't think it was an extinct offer!

  It might be a new golfer thing. I've never seen it but it would make sense for new players.

  2 year old post so I cant imagine
