Did you ask her? Without knowing who, I can't really come up with much other than a possible restarter, someone who came over from mobile or someone who's played before created a new account and beat a lot of higher tiers in matchplay along the way.
I know you can't name players here but maybe if you were to comment on this players wall, we could look at your recent activity to see who's wall you've commented on. The recent ones in your recent history didn't lead me to anyone that joined in January. Unless I didn't go back far enough.
