***Login Issues***

  Twice now in less than one week that I cannot load on to the game via the pc app on windows 10.

  I start the app via the desktop shortcut and it opens all the way to the loading page,then I get what you see below in the picture,but each time it is a different reason...like clubs.xml.bin or attire.xml.bin,and there have been others.

  I have cleared temp files and un/reinstalled but still the same BS.Then out off the blue it will work again.

  BTW......There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

  Any help on this would be appreciated.

  I can not log in with the installed program on windows , and stopped working on my iPhone 11

  Error:USER_DISABLED(user disabled)

  this is for PUTTMEBALLS
