***Login Issues***

  Hi Everyone!

  We've been hearing reports from many of you about login issues. I'm here hoping to gather more information because we haven't been able to see the issue first hand which makes it much harder to fix. 

  I understand that many players are able to fix the issue by logging in directly to game client http://www.wgt.com/gameclient.aspx which is great information for us to be able to relay to players who are having trouble. (link included for those of you who need the workaround).

  If you have had this issue please let me know the following: what browser you are using, which login box denied you (the one on the new splash screen, the one on our home page with the PLAY NOW box over it or both), when you tried to login after the update did your browser auto-fill information into the login box, and if you cleared your cache/cookies before you encountered this issue.

  i always clear history (and everything, that goes with it) on FF, before I log on. Never had these issues.

  I did however had a first today, when, after clicking the Tee off tab, the tourney (many of different ones) wouldn't start loading and I was getting "couldn't connect" messages every 30 secs instead. Logged out, cleared everything again and everything was OK again.

  It started after the last downtime for me. There's only one way to login now, via 'home page' This link: home.aspx

  I had a link saved for logins that no longer works, direct from profile page: myprofile.aspx

  Also, if someone does a simple Google search for WGT golf, you'll get another dead login link. This one, which looks great, but you're unable to login with it. 

  I use Google Chrome, updated to the latest version, Version 49.0.2623.110 m

  Additionally, when clicking PLAY to go to the game client, or when clicking the link above you provided, this error code box comes up. 

  "An Action Script Error Has Occurred"

  In the box, it reads: "Error #2044. Unhandled IO event. Text = #2035 URL not found."After dismissing the error box, it reads " There seems to be a problem with your internet connection. A connection with the WGT servers could not be established.Do you want to retry?"

  But, I'm connected ... even though it says I'm not.

  Also, to be clear, when I click the game client link you provided, I get the error box I described above. If I click 'dismiss' I get another warning that says "Were sorry, there's been an error with the game. Please close the window and try again. Thanks WGT."

  The only way around the error box is to click, 'continue' .. then it opens a proper game client and I can play.

  This error script also comes up after ending each game when returned to the main menu.

  ok here goes              At the main logon page I type in my username and password and the system starts loading all the ad data. It comes to loading "DT.ADSAFEPROTECTED.Com" and freezes up. It never acknowledges my login.

   

  If I switch screens (go to tournament screen) and try to login - again it fails to recognize me even trying to login. It just remains on the page with no activity.

   

  I keep switching to different screens until I find a login that will work. Once I'm logged in, everything seems fine. This seems to have started within the last couple of days (I play everyday) and I am VERY frustrated

  There seems to be no way to log in, I have tried all I know, and no luck, dose'nt look good, I'll miss the game, cheers, D

  You have posted, therefore you are logged in.  : )
