Currently in a CC that has no tournaments, and does absolutely nothing for its members. I appreciate the shot and putter pal, but thats all I'm getting. As another WGT member described the situation "It's like being aboard the Mary Celeste!"
So, I decided to shop around for a club that will give me an XP-boost, and has tournaments, and found one that looks like it fits the bill.
But I wonder, what it actually takes to run a CC successfully ? I mean, I could open one myself and have the shot and putter pal quickly, but some of the guys that run the leaderboard CCs must sped a lot of time and effort attracting the good players and retaining the ones they have.
How much work goes in to it, and what do they do ? What's the tips and tricks ? From what I've seen so far, it looks so time consuming, that I'd have to quit my day job :-)
Kind regards,
Henrik
