we have little control over that part. we use 3rd partt company to support that transfer, so if they have stopped doing it, sadly, there is nothing we can do.

For the past few days I watch a lot of Ad's to earn free credits. I redeemed the points for credits but do not receive the credits. I did complain to the "Contact us" link on the page where one redeem the ad's watched for credits. Till now it has not been corrected and I do not get any feedback in this regard. Please help!
