Seemingly promising starts to rounds continue to be demolished by jumpy meters. Clean your cache, close this, close that, install this and on and on and on. Yet the meters still jump freely and rounds continue to be destroyed. Is anything being done to fix this or is this to be the norm?

My meter looks like the line on an EKG readout.

I use the Comodo Ice Dragon browser & generally don't have too many problems with the meter. When i do experience the occasional twitch, this seems to work for me. I will pause at the top of my backswing and hold momentarily, then just  take a practice swing. I might have to do this 2 or 3 times before the meter gets settled down. Give it a try and see if it will help you.

    Yep. They can't fix it.

Because the meter plays on the players computer, not on WGT's servers.

A jerky meter indicates the player's computer CPU is busy doing non-WGT game client processing in the background.

    If the player:

    • has lots of system, browser, and Flash player junk files and other leftover Internet garbage files on their computer

    • has a CPU running at to high a temperature

    • a less than clean computer Registry

    • has other applications running in the background (to many apps starting at boot)

    • has  trash filled system, browser, and Flash Player caches

there is nothing WGT can do to make the meter play smooth on that player's computer.
