   screen  went blue on me 3 x during a game i could not get back in the game and it said i went out 3x and was disqualified wth wgt!!!!!!!!

  Happened to me yesterday, twice. Seems to happen frequently when there's a Clash in progress.

  myself and three friends were playing a skins challenge last night and all but one of us were kicked out by the blue screen and DQ'd. not only did the game end early but WGT kept our credits! (not just the rake but all credits)
