february monthly stroke play tournament conditions

  Hi,

  I have played a monthly tournament ( Oakmont ) for the first time and find the course conditions ( program simulation ) extremely difficult especially around the green. Chipping and putting seems to be magic. I called it unfair and played with increasing frustration. Is this the way wgt wants it?

  Keep in mind that there are quite a few really really I mean reallllly good players on here that need something to challenge them and keep them interested in the game. I do know how you feel. I consider it magical any time my ball finds the cup at Oakmont.

  Is this how WGT wants it?  Realistic?  Yes!!!!

  Oakmont is one of the hardest courses in the USA on and around the greens in real life. And WGT tries to be as realistic as possible. So it it going to be hard on and around the greens.
