had a message off rich from big bats about running another comp alongside the two im running already,im sure he wants to kill me off lol.
the one thing i did like was a suggestion for a CLUB CHAMPION COMPETITION
i like the sound of that one
im gonna start by asking for a few ideas on this
we all know they are gonna be low average players so a handicap wouldnt be needed.
i would want to test them in all kinds of conditions,the harshest possiible
only the best would survive.
maybe starter balls in one round
no woods in another round
un even and very windy in another
three or four clubs only in another
i would be good at this,i would put them through hell lol
i know there is a tough it out comp going on but theres no rush.
we could start out with as many as poss and lose the bottom players along the way so it wouldnt be a knockout as such but you would be playing to survive lol
the player would be picked by their club as champion and only one player would be allowed from each club,
or if we didnt get enough response,we could have top 3 from each club to boost the numbers maybe
i could get my mate paulton to come up with a trophy for it and we could throw in some balls or prize money somewhere,
