  There's a pick of like 10 RGs right now. Also no UEL RGs for a week almost now. Shoe still on a break?

  It's a weak list for sure, I'd like to see

   

  3-5 100cr 9 holers

  2-4 200 credit 18 holers

  A couple of 200 credit 9 holers

  A couple of 300 credit 18 holers

   

  I have no TV..lol

  would one of the mods care to give an ETA on the new RG list? perhaps tomorrow morning will bring enlightenment?

  Unusual to have issues with the RG lists..........oops......sorry Dave........just being silly.

  It's a shame that we members can't belong to 2 x Country Clubs ( to allow us to still participate in our Home Club ) as then we could organise like minded people to set up a club that was exclusive to Premium Tournaments.

  250 members ALL wanting the same thing........... RG's that they enjoy.

  High end to Low end ( whatever is stated in the clubs agenda )...........I'd jump at the chance to play against those that enjoy what I like and with 250 members there might be enough players to keep things rolling over at a constant rate. 24hr games to whatever people prefer.

  Not my best idea, but at least something along that line might be an option to this regular kefuffle and hodge podge. I'm sure there are lot's of downsides to this idea, but what the heck.

  Surely there are 250 members who would like to regularly play 50 cent RG's ...as an example.

  I am definitely open to suggestions along that line.

  hello Al, good to hear from you sir,

  i for one think your idea has a lot of merit and potential. a group of 250 could amass quite a purse even with only a 50-100cr buy-in.

  count me in and let me know what i can do to help,

  Sadly Dave my Tech Skills are not great, but if it were possible to get something like this very rough idea into a working model I'm sure some of us would benefit as long as all the i's were dotted and the t's crossed.

  My admin skills are very limited, but if by word of mouth we could actually get something locked in and the numbers stacked up........we at least would have regular games that interest "us" as a group of like minded individuals.

  In the past I have seen clubs form with similar ideas but they never had enough starters due to the variance in game fees and popularity of courses.......but that I am sure it can be rectified if we ever got enough guaranteed membership.

  At this stage....a work in progress. Got to throw ideas around to get something/anything done.

  if we could get a website to work from (not something that i could do unfortunately) we may get the ball rolling but how do we get the pay-out sorted?

  i've already got three friends interested, seems to good an idea not to atleast give a good try.

  I will keep asking questions and hopefully pick up some other ideas as well, but I, like yourself and your friends would be happy to try anything as long as it is feasible. 

  As you know I basically gave up a year ago trying to get some consistency and at times the RG list has been fine, but for me at least I am well and truly over having to ask and almost beg sometimes to get a reasonable outcome.

  I left school 45 years ago and my days of bowing my head and saying please Sir are well behind me.

  So, Hasten Slowly and keep on keeping on.

  You never know if you don't have a go.
