mints.com offer no credits

    I recently did the mints.com offer 2 days ago and filled out all the information for the website after signing-up and still have not received any credits. it says it is supposed to confirm instantly. Has anyone else had this problem or is it just they don't like me :P?

    These offers are done through trial-pay.   You can contact their support by....

    Get Credits > Complete Offers > Support(Top Right) > Find the offer for mint.com and select contact support

    I am still owed credits by two surveys and one other site. As far as the surveys, don't waste your time 98% of the time you spend several minutes filling out their questions just to have them say "not qualified" and you get zip points. Not fair. You should get points for filling out their stupid questions.  Just break down and buy credits-----that's what they are after in the first place.

    I signed up for netflix 3 days ago and still have not received any credits.  What is going on and why don't I have any way to contact them?  I signed up mainly to receive the credits.  Help me please.

    I too had a problem in completing an offer (Jessops.com) I paid, received the goods but no credits!! Not happy! I contacted Trial Pay support and kept receiving the same message: "Send us a copy  of the receipt for payment email". I explained again and again that I never received one. There is clearly a problem with the system but they still will not give me the credits - even though I have proved I paid.  Its not the end of the world but I will not use the feature again because it cant be trusted.
