WGT - Please Read, Cannot Activate Account.

  WGT or Anyone, Why is it So , I cannot activate, my account  , im registered, into my Master-Card, and have got Money in there , but  it  says  cannot activate it , to buy  Equipment and Balls ,  , i tried for  last 3  days  now  but it  still not  working ,  Please  can you help  .

  Are you trying to buy credits with your MC? You don't need to activate anything to do that BUT you need to make sure the billing info is correct.Under your Account, click on Buy Credits and then Change Billing Information (bottom of page.) There you will see where to enter your card info.

  If you have already done that and are sure it's correct, Customer Service is your next stop. Contact them directly through the link at the bottom of this page as they don't always see what you post here.
