  i will round off to the nearest tenth, or hundreth.

  example:   average-76.31- this average will be rounded off, so the average will be 76.3

                      average- 76.12- this average will be rounded off, so the average will be 76.1

  thats mean the average with 76.1 will be higher than 76.3

  Well actually, the first 8 masters, and the first 8 pros to sign up are in. Im not accpeting anyone after that. And if i have 6 masters, and 8 pros, and no other master signups, then im going to be asking masters if they want to play. (i hope that doesnt have to happen). That should just about it
