This bug, as I reported here:

was introduced in the last update. I thought the timers on the main WGT bracket page were showing +6 hours, I guess it's +7, judging by your report. I used to always check my deadlines there as well, that can no longer be safe now.
But the timers on the gameclient bracket section are still correct, so you have to look there.
I hope they fix that soon. I doubt it though. They screwed up the conditions way back in the "bright flashes" update and they still haven't been fixed. Since then, the bracket conditions from round 1 are being shown through all 4 rounds. Which can lead to nasty surprises on the 1st green ;-)
