  Nice to watch John Daly in his Champions Tour debut ... man has such an incredible short game and according to me, even though he crashes and burns on a regular basis, he's an incredibly likeable sort of fella ...

  "Daly revealed in a recent interview that he has lost between $55-57 million to gambling. The most infamous anecdote was that he once won $750,000 at a World Golf Championship in San Francisco, then went straight to Las Vegas and lost $1.65 million in five hours, including $600,000 in his first 30 minutes."

  Yes, he had a gambling problem ... we're all "holics" in some form or fashion.

  Agreed..no one is perfect.. But $600K in 30 minutes?...that's 10 x what most families make in a year. 

  Anyway, he is apparently a good guy, so the best of luck to him.

  His birthday already passed Lil ... that's what made him eligible for the Champions Tier .

  He shot a really nice round of -2 yesterday (had it to -3 for a bit), only using driver on 3 holes . He went old school and used 1 iron off most tees, even a 4 iron off one of them ...

  I WANT A JOHN DALY BOBBLE HEAD DOLL ... it will have a place of honor beside my computer when I'm playing WGT ... :-)

  What a clever partner. That's a good one Andy. But I must admit that my all-time favorite is the Mt. Rushmore bit at Wolf Creek.
