Can't change golf balls

  I am unable to change golf balls from the basic/unlimited ball to any other ball.  The system just hangs with "waiting" where the "save" box is.  The only option is to select cancel.  I've tried waiting a few minutes and it never comes up.  Tried many times over a couple weeks and no change.  I've tried it at work (IE 11) and at home (Google Chrome), with no difference.  So, I'm stuck playing just the regular ball.  :( 

  Other than that, the game crashes once in a while, but not too often. I love the game!

  I guess I should have clarified.  It actually does this when I change any club.  I usually don't change anything but the ball, but it does affect any change I make.

  Look to the left side and you should see a save button there. WGT changed how inventory changes are saved a couple of months ago,

  That was it.  The save is on the left on my preset for my bag.  I didn't know about that change.  

  I don't like it.  This means if I want to change equipment for one match, I have to change my saved preset and remember to change it back.  That's the whole point of presets that you can click on them to go back to your preset clubs without having to do it manually.  This sucks.
