Yes! I too have been cut off from them - 3 weeks and counting. I would view all possible vids from them every day - for months I did this. Then I found out that during certain times of the day, you earn more credits/vid and so occasionally I would watch them then instead (was the middle of the night my time so not very often). At any rate, I watched vids for about 1.5 hours straight until it cut me off for the day at around 875 credits earned. I think I did that on about 2 or 3 occasions.But I would always have vids available the next day.
Then suddenly, like you, I'm cut off completely. Nada. I asked WGT about it - got an initial response saying it might be my browser. Nope....tried it with 4 browsers. All of them say no activities available.
So I decided to test a theory. I started a new WGT account. Guess what. Vids are there. lol. So I stayed up late on 3 occasions, watching vids at the most advantageous time. They cut me off on that account too after 3 days. So - it seems there must be some unwritten rule from TrueX regarding watching videos.
It's been a couple of months since you posted this. Has anything changed for you?
