It's about to open here this month and I'll spend a day down there and post pictures when it does. This is going to be just class. This facility - at the MGM Grand - is insane!

I remember the announcements and fanfare surrounding the "merger" of WGT and Top Golf.

Obvious questions were raised as to how this would impact the wgt membership. The Mods assured us there would be additional resources made available to effect repairs and enhance the gaming experience. Umm, yeah.

At any rate, enjoy yourself.:)

And we shouldn't hold our breath waiting on those repairs ... I'm getting new bugs and gliches every day. It's a crying shame that management let the basic game play become so corrupted and unmanagable.

It's gotten to the point where I wonder if they even can fix the hundreds of bugs that infest this place ....

Not to rain on anyone's complaint parade, but there's probably 5,000 threads in these forums addressing bugs/glitches - 90% of which have to do with multi-player Alternate Shot games.

Is it possible to keep complaints to the other 5,000 bug posts in these forums? If not, please continue to take this thread off topic and fill it with WGT game-play complaints.

Wade, you are 100% correct. Does TopGolf have a public forum (like this one) where you could have posted about the grand opening? Would have been better placed there.The wgt membership (this site) was promised more resources and improved playability after the merger. Hasn't happened. Your enthusiasm about TopGolf opening a facility in LV just reminds the rest of us of broken promises..lol.

It's only been a few months since the merger, so I'll hold out hope for now. I'm taking a wild guess here that TopGolf execs haven't even finished an audit of WGT, it's employees, resources, inventory, capital flow, etc. But, it's been my personal experience with several company mergers, that there's always promises made and broken, assurances by new management that almost never come true, followed immediately by cost-cutting and staff reductions. That's been my experience. So I'm not expecting much from WGT or their new owners TopGolf, which is probably bleeding red ink now until more facilities like the new one in Vegas begin to turn a profit.

The 'believe-it-when-I-see-it' rule is in full effect for me. Maybe I'll bump into a TopGolf exec and tell him to fix the AS disconnects; never know lol

We have a TopGolf opening in West Chester, OH near me. They just started putting the nets up last night and it looks pretty nice. I am looking forward to seeing what it's all about.
