First upgrade

  Hi all, 

  Currently level 33 and looking at first club upgrade. Have narrowed it down to either the R1 driver, or the R11 iron set. Would it better to go for the driver or irons first? Have starter everything at the moment and planning to upgrade the wedges when I get to level 40ish

  Any of these, if only you keep enough credits for two or three short ATV wedges. These are more important, but come later in the Levels, unfortunately.

  An extra hint: No putter below 500 cr!

  If I may humbly recommend

  Wait the 5/6 levels and get the wedges 1st - the ATVs

  Then the driver 

  When you figure out the wedges, you'll leave yourself many more 2-3 ft putts than the extra few yards the driver may give you 

  Hit'em straight

  Sounds good to me, the 48lvl r1 driver, 33 ish r11 irons and either the atv or cleveland wedges 

  Not a bad choice at all. 

  until you get the wedges your short game will be random at best
