I just played a few match play games and won some credits but i have noticed it does not add up correctly. On 1 occasion I won 90 credits but b4 i won I had like 740 credits but wen i won it the total was 820.

If you played for 90 credits then you have to deduct WGT's 10% cut off of this sum. The net proceeds to you will have been circa 80 credits which makes your credit balance figure correct.

I get what ur saying but if u challenge 100 credits 10% of it is 10 credits so the winner should get 90 credits not 80. IF wgt does take 10% off 90 credits then they are charging a 20% fee not 10%.

    WGT takes 10% from each.

You win 90 credits from your opponent and your account is debited 10 cr. for fee.

    Net 80

    Cheers,

On the surface, that IS the way it looks( I thought  the same thing a long time ago) ... but they aren't charging 20%.

Here's how you have to look at it ... as soon as that 100 credit wager is submitted & accepted, BOTH players have 10 credits ( 10% of the wager) deducted from their accounts. So the 100 credits will only be 90 awarded to the winner.. The loser's account will have 100cr deducted ... the 90 plus his 10% fee.

The winner's account has already had the 10cr deducted for his fee before  ever hitting  the first tee, So, you more or less start out at -10 credits ... add the 90 credits for the win and you have a net gain of 80 credits.
