Credit Reward Videos don't add credit

  Thanks for your reply Brian. For me a restart doesn't help. I haven't tried uninstalling the app yet.  Also waiting doesn't help. Weeks without addition of the credits have gone by. :-( 

  I've posted the question to WGT, who pointed me to a third party.  I guess I'll just have to accept that it's (very) hard to get credits without pulling the old credit card. It's a shame, I really like the game.

  I'm not quite understanding how you 2 or 3 are able to watch the " credit reward videos" on Android devices when even though my WGT mobile app for Android is up to date the "credit reward videos" are still greyed out and unavailable on my Android tablet. Could it be that I can only watch them on 1 device and because I watched them first on my iPhone that is the only device I can watch them on.

  I'm afraid I can't help you with that... All I can say is that I am using 2 Android devices and that the Credit Reward Videos are enabled, and are working on both. (Although, if you don't get credits, it might as well be greyed out ;-)
