  Hi everyone,

  Here are the release notes from last night's update:

  NEW

   

  • Yellow & Black Truvis Ball – Get the newest Chrome Soft virtual golf ball from Callaway featuring Truvis Technology for more visibility with new yellow/black pattern. Unlocks at Level 18 and Level 67 in the WGT Pro Shop.
  • Nike RZN Tour Platinum Balls – Get more distance without sacrificing control with the new RZN Tour Platinum virtual golf balls for top-level WGT players. Unlocks at Level 94 and Level 96. 

  Add Some "Fly" Style with These Clubs from Nike

  • Nike Vapor Fly 3 Wood – Get more forgiveness and higher launch for longer distance with the new Nike Vapor Fly 3 Wood. Unlocks at Level 51, Level 86 and Level 99.
  • Nike Vapor Fly Hybrid – Get more forgiveness and power for increased distance with the new Nike Vapor Fly Hybrid. Unlocks at Level 49, Level 83 and Level 98.
  • Nike Vapor Fly Pro Iron Set – Get higher flight and more distance to your shots with the new Nike Vapor Fly Pro Irons. Unlocks at Level 52, Level 85 and Level 97.
  • Level-Up Boost – Did you know you can level-up immediately with Level-Up Boosts? Use these Boosts to level-up and unlock new virtual equipment even faster – now available to get up to Level 75. See in Pro Shop

   

  FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS

   

  • Forfeited Games – Players in head-to-head WGT Golf Mobile games are now correctly given the win after their opponent forfeits.
  • Merion Flags – Some views were missing the Merion flagstick display while the ball was in flight, now fixed.
  • Expired Rental Equipment – Fixed display issues where players with expired rental clubs were shown a message to buy or remove the item, even after the item was removed, or were shown negative timers after the rental had expired.
  • Cashplay – Fixed a few issues where players were being incorrectly marked as forfeiting, abandoning or losing a game.

  This would leave the "post-rental unable to save" problem unsolved, wouldn't it?

  3 wood is much better than BB, especially forgiveness, which BB lacks in.

  New irons are expensive for the slight stat raise to my Rsi ones.

  Very pretty but I'll stick with my L100 Vapor irons and BB 3 wood - the slight change in meter speed and the extra forgiveness on the 3 wood are not enough for me to justify paying nearly 7000 credits for a flashy set of clubs.

  Marketing update for Nike products.
  
  Free rental period will remove any doubt for the quality of this new clubs except for irons which are simply the same, just to test different conditions about trajectory and forgiveness.

  The one facet of this game which has remained relatively glitch free, is purchases from the pro shop...oi vey

  Nike wood is simply perfect. A real upgrade for BB.

  Too bad about the new 3w. BB was the perfect higher level 3w with a great trade-off in terms of forgiveness. Pretty much how top drivers should be .

  Sweet....  I guess the problems got updated too....        Geeeezzzzz,,,,,,,,,,,WGT...    game client keeps dropping out on "unexpected error"...... then between holes (after I restart from the unexpected error screen) I get some half azz flawed screen showing some "point" crap scorecard as in the Clash.......   I'd like to buy some of the new clubs, maybe even a sleeve of those over priced Platinum Balls..........but it sure as hell would be nice to have some kind of working platform first....................   really getting tired of all this..........

  My feelings were correct when the new Nike driver came out with a 4.0 meter speed.  The follow up new clubs would have the 4.0 meter.

  Question is, when will the L100+ new irons show up?  I'd find it hard to believe that they would only replace the lower level Nike irons.   Not that I'm expecting any changes to the specs of the L100 irons other than getting the new 4.0 meter speed.

   

  I do want the new 3 wood and I just have to buy a sleeve or two of the yellow and black Truvis balls.   I had a feeling they would show up even though WGT told me they had no plans to do so.  :)

  The new Nike balls however,  those are way overpriced for this golfer.  Those are for the rich folk that have credits out the wazoo.   

  But,  now I have some motivation to earn free credits again lol.
