Over a week ago I took up the offer on WGT to sign up for the "FYBER" offer of 8600 credits to join "GALA BINGO" I have no interest in bingo or any sort of gambling for that matter and only wanted the credits. It now been 9 days and after a bunch of emails to FYBER lim no further forward ( the offer said I would be credited within 4hrs ) all I get is automated emails telling me how to contact support (what a joke) and asking for my FYBER account/username which I don't have nor ever signed up to. I feel I have been conned as the offer states that all I need to deposit was £5, but GALA BINGO doesn't let you deposit anything less than £10 on signing up.
please can anyone at WGT help with this matter.
