  Dear WGT,

  
  

  On this tournament(RG) I received the update on the bottom of my profile saying i had won the diamond(1st place) trophy for it, but when

  I check my account info i see no creds won  and also its not on my awards either. Just saying i had won it on status part of profile  but thats it..no award or credits

  for it. I checked status of tournament just to make sure it went correctly and it says its ended/closed and also a new sta b9 RG is not available to enter.

  Looks like this one hasn't paid out to anyone yet... won't let me enter it

  There is also a problem with other stats not being updated. I have had 3 long drives that are not in my stats on my profile. 1 over 378yds, this was some time back, 2 over 350yds in the past week. I sent in a question to WGT reference this but too soon to expect an answer back. This is not the first issue I have seen in the forums seeking answers to why these stats are not updated as they happen. Seems like after some of the recent changes there has been a lapse in this area. I don't check my stats that often and expect them to be updated when they occur. I received a message each time that I had receives the award but even that is not in my awards bracket either. Come on guys try to get it right for a change.

  Since you emailed in, I'll let them answer. Generally speaking, I do not know what could be wrong. I will check into it and if I get new info, will let you guys know

  I have a similar situation.   I am unable to enter either STF9 nor the ST18, nor BethFP or OakF9 ready go's this morning.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I have the same problem, my ready go's have disappeared.  Only a few of the ones that should be available are showing up. Thanks for any help.
