Difficulty with support

  Why is it so difficult to get help with a lost password that was accidentally deleted. It asks for old password to reset it. If I knew the old password I wouldn't need to ask for a new password. Customer support is very poor and I have been having this issue for 2 days now and have gotten no help since sending the ticket.

  Hi, I had CS look into this and you were actually replied to with a new password on yesterday. I'm having them resend the information since you obviously did not receive the information. Be sure to add members@worldgolftour.com to your address book so these messages do not get sent to your SPAM folder.
