No longer paying me for ads

    Hi all, pretty new been playing about 2 months at the most on the mobile app. I watched a load of credit reward videos the other week, earned probably about 1300 in 24 hours to buy some gear a bit better than the starter stuff. Since then when I watch a credit reward video it will pay me for the first one I watch, then for none at all after that. Am I missing something simple? Is there a cap on how many credits you can earn in a set period? Just wondered why it has stopped paying me out, need to buy balls and save for a driver. Cheers for any advice in advance

    I don't know about mobile, but occasionally in the pc environment, one will get broken for a while. Just last night, only 1 of 6 paid from Supersonic - More Offers. 

    These mess-ups USUALLY don't last long.

    So far for watching the  Commericial's ( 6 per day ) i have lost 150 credits. Reached 100 views twice And 0 credits were given. Was any thing done about it by Live gamer/Sonic ???  Yes their was, nothing was done.

    Can't understand why it won't pay me out, have even tried on my laptop and it won't pay me a single credit. Frustrating as I'm being left behind club and ball wise. Surely someone can do something about this? Or there is a reason for this? Needs sorting as the game is great all I want to do is watch a few ads and earn a few credits to help me along

    If you are having issues obtaining credits from watching videos in the Earn Free Credits section, I would suggest contacting Fyber directly. Fyber is the company that places the videos in the section and they are responsible for the credit payout from the videos. You can contact Fyber by visiting their website http://www.fyber.com/ and using the contact link at the bottom of the page.

    I'm really a PC player, but I do use a tablet to watch vids and rack up the credits, and I frequently have this problem. I find it works fine for a while, but will suddenly, and for no apparent reason, stop awarding the credits for videos watched. Fortunately, I find it easy to resolve.

    When that happens, (maybe once a week), I simply un-install the WGT app, and re-install it. It only take a minute or so, and then I'm back to getting the credits again.

    I've ran in to this before as well. What you need to do is delete the app and re-install it. That should fix it.

    I have done that already and guess what??? they could care less. I lost 150 credits so far.
